Delivery 

We offer next day delivery on all orders placed on our website before 5.00pm. Any orders placed on a Friday before 5.00pm will be delivered on the following Monday.

 

Any orders placed on a Friday after 5.00pm will be processed on the following Monday for delivery on Tuesday.

 

Free Delivery

We offer free delivery on all orders over £50 (excluding VAT). Any orders below this value will incur a delivery charge of £5.95 +VAT. 

 

Deliveries to some remote parts of the UK may incur an additional charge, irrespective of the order amount. Please call for details.

 

 

Furniture Delivery

 

Furniture and bulky items will incur a £20.00 + VAT delivery surcharge, regardless of the value of the order. 

 

Due to insurance reasons our couriers are only able to deliver furniture and heavy safes to the ground floor (safes also incur a delivery surcharge. Please call for more information).

 

Same Day Delivery

If you have an urgent requirement, please let us know and we will endeavour to provide a same day delivery, subject to product availability (same day delivery is only available within a 20 mile radius of our premises and will include an extra charge).

 

Rubber Stamp Orders

Rubber stamps ordered through our online stamp designer are usually dispatched on the next working day after the order is placed.

All stamps are sent via Second Class Post so if you need your stamp urgently please call 08000 789 567 to upgrade your delivery method.

The cost of 2nd Class delivery is included in the price so please use the Custom Stamps only option when checking out so you do not get charged for delivery. Please do not use this option when ordering other items as you order will be rejected.

 

Returns

You can return items which are no longer required, if you notify us within seven working days from receipt of order. All items must be un-opened and in re-saleable condition.

 

We will issue a full refund for items which are no longer required if we are notified within the timeframe stated above. We will not reimburse any costs for postage and packing incurred as a result of returning the unwanted item(s).

 

Please report any damages or shortages, in writing, within 2 days of receipt of order.

 

Due to health and safety reasons, we cannot accept any returns of food and beverages.

 

In the case of computer consumables products, not required returns will only be accepted within seven days if the outer seal has not been tampered with in any way. If the buyer returns such product(s) as faulty, it will only be granted a credit note if the manufacturer of such product(s) accepts that the product has not been misused, overloaded, incorrectly installed or incorrectly stored. In certain circumstances, the buyer must complete a faulty product evaluation form.

 

All returns requests, damages and shortages must be reported to us in writing.
